The Sioux City Art Center is proud to present ARTcetera 2022, featuring works by local and regional artists in this dynamic exhibition and fundraiser. Artists submitted more than 300 artworks for review with nearly 100 chosen by the Art Center’s selection committee. Visitors to the Art Center are bound to discover something they love, with the incredibly wide variety of styles and mediums that are included.

The exhibition of artworks in ARTcetera 2022 opened on February 25 to give potential collectors and general viewers ample time to view the works. The dramatic conclusion of the exhibition is the highly anticipated fundraising art auction at the Art Center on Friday, April 1, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Art Center Director Todd Behrens notes: “ARTcetera is always one of the most exciting events the Art Center organizes. This year’s event is the biggest ARTcetera yet and features a few new wrinkles and surprises. ARTcetera also gives us a new way to use all three of our first-floor gallery spaces.” Most artworks will be available for purchase through silent auction during the April1 event, with eight artworks selected for a live auction. In addition to the art sale, the event features drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres.

Tickets to ARTcetera 2022 are $100 per person and can be purchased at the Sioux City Art Center and on the Art Center’s website. Leading up to the April 1 event, attendees may purchase any of the artworks at a preset “But It Now” price, either in person or through the auction pages at ARTcetera 2022 – Sioux City Art Center.
