Join us for a public sewing day on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 2pm - 4pm at the Sioux City Public Library (Downtown) - 529 Pierce Street! (No experience is necessary.) Using fabric collected from dozens of recycled, donated, or locally sourced origins, artist Amanda Browder will work directly with area volunteers and artists to construct a brightly colored monumentally sized textile sculpture that will be draped over the facade of the Sioux City Art Center building.
