Join us for a public sewing day on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 11am - 4pm at the Sioux City Career Academy - 627 4th Street! (No experience is necessary.) Using fabric collected from dozens of recycled, donated, or locally sourced origins, artist Amanda Browder will work directly with area volunteers and artists to construct a brightly colored monumentally sized textile sculpture that will be draped over the facade of the Sioux City Art Center building.
